Compliance Analyst

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our Casimba Gaming team, somone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in staying ahead of deadlines, pays close attention to detail, and is confident managing complex tasks. You will have excellent English language skills and work well in a multicultural environment. A strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team is essential. You will also be expected to provide coverage and support across team responsibilities during periods of absence or increased workload.

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborating with suppliers, operators and affiliate partners to facilitate smooth onboarding processes relating to KYC and Compliance requests in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. 
  • Conducting comprehensive KYC reviews on new suppliers, operators and affiliates during the onboarding process and prepare an application to be submitted to the relevant stakeholder. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the company and wider group to gather necessary documentation and information. 
  • Preparing and submitting all KYC forms and supporting documentation in respect of Casimba Gaming. 
  • Saving all necessary documentation in the specified folders, maintaining records up to date, and ensuring that all internal procedures and processes are followed and continuously up to date, in line with your responsibilities.  
  • Submitting and reviewing KYC documentation, maintaining accurate records, and generating related communication. 
  • Affiliates: 
  • Verifying and approving payment details for affiliate partnerships and coordinating change details in collaboration with internal affiliate teams.  
  • Collaborating with the Finance department on a monthly basis around commission payments and assisting in the confirmation of eligibility for payment while ensuring submissions are completed in a timely manner. 
  • Acting as an escalation point for complaints, keeping audit on all cases, and ensuring a timely resolution. 
  • Investigating affiliate traffic sources ensuring advertising compliance for various jurisdictions.  
  • Working closely with the Affiliate Team and White Hat Gaming Compliance team to ensure marketing compliance for regulated markets, Specifically, but not limited to, UK & Finland. 
  • Assisting the Compliance Team with maintaining and developing a compliance quality assurance program across the business. 
  • Developing, enhancing and reviewing KYC processes and procedures  
  • Supporting the review of existing control requirements and procedures.  
  • Attending regular Compliance meetings, contributing to discussions, providing updates, and addressing Compliance-related topics. 

 

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:  

  • Proven experience in Compliance, KYC or a similar role  
  • Prior experience within the online gaming or affiliate marketing industry is a plus 
  • Understanding of gaming regulations across different jurisdictions is an advantage 
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising regulations across various regions 
  • Native level English language skills – written and verbal 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Attention to detail is vital, executing with precision and with the ability to maintain accurate records 
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams 
  • Proactive and communicative approach to work
