Project Manager (B2C)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Project Manager (B2C) to join our company. The role is varied, working with key stakeholders to scope out and plan the delivery roadmap, and to manage the delivery of the individual projects on the roadmap, to deliver on time, to budget and meet requirements. Working closely with key suppliers and operators by example White Hat Gaming and being the 1stpoint of contact to ensure a partnership in the delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Developing comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Create detailed work schedules and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Project governance: Ensuring that the required level of governance is in place to effectively manage the project, ranging from meeting schedules, tools, collaboration, key project logs, responsibilities and escalations.
  • Resource Management: Establishing and managing project resources. Identify and address financial or resource related risks and issues. Raise awareness of resource constraints and associated impact with possible alternatives to closing resource gaps.
  • Team Coordination and Leadership: Leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams, assign tasks, and ensure team members have the necessary resources and support. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies. Monitor and address risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact on project outcomes.
  • Issue Management: Working proactively and collaboratively with the team and stakeholders to find solutions and resolve issues to bring projects back in line with delivery requirements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. Provide regular project updates, reporting and ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Quality management: Ensure that the projects meet or exceed the high-quality standards that we set, liaising with the QA team as required.
  • Own the day-to-day relationship with key suppliers involved in the project delivery, being the key contact and escalation point for project delivery.
  • Manage the logging tracking and resolution of all ‘tickets’ for the key suppliers impacting project delivery.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry, ideally in the white label area.
  • Experience in B2C online gaming (casino, sports betting, and social casino).
  • Understanding of white-label solutions and gaming platform integrations.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, responsible gaming, and fraud prevention.
  • Project management qualifications and experience, ideally agile and/or Prince, PMBOK.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana).
  • Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Dealing with Ambiguity: Ability to create structure even when in an ambiguous environment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey project goals, progress, and issues clearly to stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and facilitate teamwork and effectively manage relationships with a 3rd party.
  • Organizational and Time Management: Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines efficiently. The ability to create and adhere to detailed project schedules and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Change Management: Ability to identify changes, analyse, understand the impact and clearly communicate the consequences. The ability to manage your colleagues, team members and stakeholders through the change process.
  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to identify, assess, and resolve project-related issues and risks. The ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Resource Management and Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing project resources, budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring projects are delivered within constraints. Ability to analyse data and make cost-effective decisions.
  • Prioritisation: Ability to prioritise and align projects and the work allocated to project resources with a clear understanding of the company strategic objectives. Understanding value and driving value to deliver the objectives.
  • Work Breakdown Structure: Ability to map out a work breakdown structure, the task dependencies and the critical path for each project. Making this visible in a ‘Gantt like’ format.
