What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver the SEO strategy across Casino and Sports.
- Build and execute an organic growth roadmap aligned to acquisition, product, brand, and commercial goals.
- Lead and develop a small SEO team and manage agency partners.
- Run technical audits and partner with Product/Dev/UX to deliver site improvements.
- Optimise site structure, Core Web Vitals, schema, crawling, indexing, and internal linking.
- Drive content strategy across casino, sports, editorial and commercial pages.
- Lead keyword research, competitive analysis and continuous content optimisation.
- Oversee link-building activity and authority growth within compliance standards.
- Track performance (traffic, rankings, conversions, revenue) and build KPI dashboards.
- Provide clear, data-led insights using GA4, GSC, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and BI platforms.
- Collaborate closely with PPC, CRM, Brand, Social and Product to align on acquisition and market launches.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of practical SEO experience within iGaming/Sportsbook, which is essential for this role.
- Proven success driving SEO growth across multiple markets (UK/Nordics ideal).
- Strong technical SEO, on-page, content and off-page expertise.
- Experience managing agencies or leading internal SEO teams.
- Skilled with GA4, GSC, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and BI tools.
- Ability to interpret data, diagnose issues, and deliver actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex topics.
- Collaborative, proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Experience aligning SEO activity to commercial goals and broader marketing strategy.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
